I'll tell you something - packing for Remote Year was no small feat. For many, including myself, we had to downsize almost everything we own. I sold the car, got rid of some great kitchen appliances, and had to make some cutthroat decisions about sentimental items.

But, I did it. I got everything I needed into three bags: a laptop bag/personal item, a carry-on roller, and a medium-sized checked roller.

When I set out to do this, I researched high and low for information about what the heck to pack for this trip. Surprisingly, I found enough to help me, but very little with specific information. So, I wanted to do just that - share my detailed list of things I packed for Remote Year.
